Firefighter Peter Rawcliffe became a call firefighter with the department in 1998.  Firefighter Rawcliffe is certified as a Firefighter Level I/II, Emergency Vehicle Operations to the Advanced Level and in Hazardous Materials to the Operations Level.  Firefighter Rawcliffe is assigned to Company 2 / Station 2.  He is proficient in “Tanker Operations” and is often called upon to bring the department’s water tanker to incidents in areas of town – or to other communities – that lack fire hydrant access.   Firefighter Rawcliffe has attended numerous training activities sponsored by the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy.
